In this role, you will supervise and mentor a team of payroll specialists and assist in innovative payroll processes. You’ll be accountable for performance management, handling queries, and improving procedures to streamline payroll operations. Ensure compliance with applicable laws while processing payroll for a diverse client base.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise payroll specialists and assistants
• Approve PTO and timecards for team members
• Develop efficient payroll processes and best practices
• Prepare summaries of earnings and deductions
• Resolve payroll-related inquiries and issues
Requirements:
• 5-7 years of payroll experience required
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• PCP or PLP certification essential
