General Summary

The Senior Payroll Administrator is responsible for the end-to-end management of assigned Canadian pay groups, including full-cycle payroll settlement, complex tax administration, statutory filings, and year-end processing. This role serves as a subject‑matter expert on Workday payroll, ADP, and Canadian payroll compliance, and provides mentorship and guidance to Payroll Administrators on the team. The Senior Payroll Administrator plays a critical role in maintaining payroll accuracy, audit readiness, and regulatory compliance across all HUB International Canadian entities.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage assigned pay groups end-to-end, including pre‑payroll preparation, pay settlement, and post‑payroll reconciliation; run Final Pay Calculations, execute Regular Pay Settlement, and issue the Payroll Estimate Report to Treasury prior to settlement.
