Join Insight Global as a Senior Oracle HCM Consultant, starting part-time and transitioning to full-time hours. Your expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM will enhance enterprise HR operations and processes.
This 12-month contract position requires 7–9+ years of hands-on Oracle HCM experience, particularly in Core HR, Absence, and Onboarding modules. Collaborating with HR and IT teams, you’ll focus on system configuration, fit-gap analysis, and improving payroll integration support. The role allows for a blend of strategic and operational responsibilities driving significant HR transformations.
