Job Purpose

The Business Process Consultant – HCM will lead the transformation of Human Capital Management processes. The role is central to implementing, optimising, and innovating HR digital solutions using Oracle Fusion HCM, enabling the organisation to attract, develop, and retain talent while improving operational efficiency and ensuring full compliance with UAE Labour Law, MOHRE regulations, and Emiratisation requirements.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

• Analyse and map end-to-end HCM processes including Core HR, Recruitment, Onboarding, Payroll, Time & Attendance, Absence Management, Talent Management, and Learning. Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and control weaknesses, and design optimised future-state processes.
