Overview:
In this role, you will serve as an integral member of the Operations and Safety Teams. You will support the Operations Management team, the Safety team and the Director of Safety by managing, developing, and improving activities associated with overall Safety performance in Transdev Alternative Services. This includes KPIs, SLAs, Safety strategies, and interface with client’s counterpart to ensure Safety, EHS and regulatory compliance to client’s, state and federal regulations.
In addition, this individual is responsible for any activity associated with improving Safety performance, optimization, and operating procedure updates. Lead transformation initiatives of the AV safety organization, utilizing performance improvement concepts and development tools, providing inception-to-measurement of structure, education, and processes.
