The Senior Operations Manager will oversee and ensure the effective operation of our properties. This role is key to maintaining a safe, functional, and efficient environment for shoppers and tenants. The Senior Manager will assist Managing Director to lead the operation teams, manage vendor relationships, and ensure compliance with health, safety and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and leadership to all operations teams across the company’s portfolio, including property management and site operations
• Oversee day-to-day operations of all properties to ensure optimal performance, high service standards, and compliance with regulatory requirements
• Review, improvise/develop and implement operational policies, SOPs, and best practices for efficient operations of company’s properties
