Senior Operations Manager – Healthcare
(Required: 5+ Years Pure Healthcare Operations Experience)
Location: Cebu or Manila
Work Setup: 100% Onsite
Shift: Night Shift
Salary: 140,000 to 150,000
We are looking for a Senior Operations Manager with strong healthcare operations experience. The candidate must have handled multiple teams within a purely healthcare BPO account.
Minimum Qualifications (Non-Negotiable):
At least 5+ years experience in purely healthcare BPO
Background in UMR, Prior Authorization, Billing, Claims, or other healthcare processes
Experience managing team leads and supervisors
Strong KPI and performance management background
Amenable to onsite work
Amenable to night shift
Only candidates with healthcare account experience will be evaluated.
