The Role: We're hiring a Senior Operations Manager to run all of operations for one of our clients, a US-based construction and custom home building business. The owner has grown this business hands-on and has reached the point where he can't run the day to day himself anymore. You are the person who takes it off him. This is a full-ownership seat, not a task-taking VA role.
