data-informed decisions and collaborative problem-solving. Key job responsibilities
- Support, mentor, and develop your salaried and hourly team members, providing
them with the tools and guidance they need to succeed
- Lead large-scope projects with site and regional impact, partnering with other
leaders to balance workload and drive results
- Build and execute productivity plans by conducting forecast reviews,
determining productivity requirements, and collaborating with colleagues to
optimize operations
- Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery commitments
through data-driven analysis and continuous monitoring
- Collaborate with support teams including Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention,
