Senior Operations Manager – Multi-Site Operations

Key Responsibilities Lead and manage multi-site workshop, production and operational activities. Drive productivity, quality, safety and operational performance. Partner with Technical Management to optimise production planning and labour utilisation. Oversee assembly, refurbishment, repairs, scheduling and dispatch operations. Drive continuous improvement through process optimisation and SOP implementation. Manage operational budgets, quotations, cost control and performance reporting. Lead and develop high-performing operational teams. Ensure compliance with health, safety, quality and legislative requirements. Minimum Requirements Grade 12 Relevant qualification in Operations Management, Engineering or related field Trade Tested Diesel Mechanic (Red Seal) is essential Valid Code 14 driver's licence Own reliable transport Minimum 10 years' operational leadership experience within commercial vehicles, heavy equipment, automotive, agricultural, manufacturing, engineering or workshop op...
