Position Summary
As the Senior Operations Leader for ExamOne’s Canadian operations, you will oversee the end‑to‑end delivery of phlebotomy and health collection services. This role is responsible for scaling a high‑performing network of 30+ regular status employees and 400 contingent on‑call resource pool located across Canada to achieve aggressive growth, financial and customer satisfaction targets. You will serve as the primary liaison between ExamOne Canada and LifeLabs and the US‑based mobile phlebotomy leaders, and Canadian commercial sales, ensuring seamless operational excellence.
