- Oversee daily plant operations and ensure optimal solar energy output
- Lead preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime
- Monitor system performance and implement efficiency improvements
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements
- Mentor technical staff and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain accurate reports logs, and documentation for operational performance
- Design electrical systems and layouts for solar panel installations (residential, commercial, and industrial).
- Perform load analysis, system sizing, and layout planning based on site requirements and energy needs.
