Responsibilities
- Ensure all quarterly and annual client statements are run, printed, reviewed, and sent to clients on time, adhering to strict quality standards
- Review the accuracy of client portfolios by running various reports (Mpower and queries) to investigate and update discrepancies
- Review and balance any Statement of Change and Detail of Holdings discrepancies
- Co-ordinate with 1832 Asset Management business & internal and external partners for timely delivery of statements
- Participate in testing and implementation of internal operational enhancements and troubleshoot items that arise
