You will be paramount to CC&L Financial Group as a Senior Manager with a minimum of seven years in operational risk or internal audit, ideally in financial services. Engage collaboratively with business and technology teams while managing SOC1 audits, internal controls, and risk assessments. Your expertise will shape the operational risk framework and drive improvements across all business areas.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage SOC1 audit coordination and security attestations
• Collaborate to identify and monitor operational risks
• Develop cost-effective risk mitigation strategies
• Enhance the ORM framework and policies
• Deliver training sessions on risk management practices
Requirements:
• 7+ years in operational risk management
