- Provide Technical support to Production.
- Capability study on the new LDG setups for the narrow-body aircrafts (i.e. B737Max and A320NEO).
- Submission and liaison with OEM on technical concessions on parts defects without CMM repair scheme or outside of CMM acceptance limits.
- Review CMM/Technical Publication revisions, including AD/SB/SL, create and make changes to the technical routers before incorporation.
- Incorporate good workshop practices for Continuous Improvement initiatives in the LDG workshop.
- Design of toolings/fixtures with the necessary Engineer study to aid the workshop in the repair/overhaul of LDG components/parts.
- Maintaining the currency of bushing technical data sheets and drawings to support fabrication requirements.
- Assisting the Workshop Manager in Value Stream Mapping of the workshop layout to achieve desired efficiency in workflow.
