Requirements Experience supporting IRS technical projects. Extensive hands-on experience with OpenText Exstream architecture, implementation, and optimization. Strong experience designing enterprise document generation and Customer Communications Management (CCM) solutions. Experience with: Data mapping and document composition Template design Correspondence orchestration Print and digital delivery channels High-volume batch processing Real-time document generation Strong understanding of federal security, compliance, and IRS technical standards. Experience leading technical teams and enterprise architecture initiatives. Active IRS MBI (Minimum Background Investigation) clearance is required. This is a remote position.
