Job Focus

Support the end-to-end administration of mortgage loans by preparing Letters of Offer, Supplemental Letters of Offer, Letters of Variation, and interest rate change letters. Ensure proper safekeeping of security documents, compliance with established procedures, and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to facilitate the timely completion of loan-related matters.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare mortgage loan documentation, including Letters of Offer, Supplemental Letters of Offer, Letters of Variation, and other related documents.
• Maintain accurate customer and loan records, create and update loan files, and ensure proper documentation in internal systems.
• Process loan disbursements, prepare payment instructions and supporting documents, and coordinate with law firms and relevant stakeholders to facilitate timely loan completion.
