Job Description
Key Responsibilities Odoo ERP Management
- Day-to-day administration and operation of the Odoo ERP system
- Act as primary liaison between TASA and external implementation partners
- Ensure all modules are configured, maintained and operating effectively
- Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements
- Troubleshoot operational issues and coordinate corrective actions
- Configure and manage Manufacturing MRP modules
- Develop and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs) and routings
- Configure work centres, production stages and manufacturing workflows
- Monitor production orders, machine utilisation and performance
- Establish production planning based on customer demand and capacity
- Configure manufacturing lead times and scheduling parameters
- Track and improve Turnaround Time (TAT) across production activities
