We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Network Support Engineer to join our team.
This individual will be responsible for providing advanced-level support for our global data network, serving as level 3 support for all network-related tasks and troubleshooting. The idóneo candidate will design, develop, and deploy LAN/WAN network infrastructure and ensure its reliability and security.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy LAN/WAN network infrastructure
- Provide 3rd level troubleshooting for all LAN/WAN alerts and issues
- Maintain all monitoring and reporting systems
- Produce and maintain documentation for all systems deployed
- Perform on‑call duty for non‑business hours support as per shift assignments
