Install, configure, and support Fortinet Firewalls in customer environments.
Deploy, configure, and maintain: Perform implementation, migration, upgrades, health checks, and troubleshooting of Fortinet solutions.
Provide onsite/ remote installation, configuration, and technical support to customers across Pune.
Diagnose and resolve network security incidents while ensuring minimal service disruption.
Work closely with customers to understand requirements and provide technical recommendations.
Document implementation activities, configurations, and support cases.
