About the role
The IT Senior Network Operations Analyst’s role is to monitor and support the private network and the connectivity to cloud services. The candidate must keep up to date with the latest network trends and emerging network threats, have excellent communication and problem-solving skills and have an excellent understanding of network principles and technologies. The individual will have a functional role in mentoring other team members.
Responsibilities
- Provide network support with a variety of operating systems.
- Maintain network connectivity to all computer workstations and Cloud services.
- Monitor and investigate any network performance issues.
