Our client is a major engineering and technology group delivering critical IT and network infrastructure services, hiring for 24x7 customer network support.
Role & Responsibilities(This is a contract position.)
Hands‑on role maintaining customer network infrastructure across routing, switching, security, and wireless systems in a 24x7 environment, with direct customer, vendor, and internal team exposure. Includes standby/on‑call rotation and occasional overseas travel.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve network incidents
- Maintain routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and wireless devices
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance
- Implement security patches and vulnerability remediation
- Monitor performance and recommend improvements
- Prepare RCA and incident reports
