Job Description
Qualifications:
- Matric qualification
- Tertiary qualification (Computer Science or IT related)
- Certifications CCNA, CCNP, JNCIA
- Valid Driverรขยยs License and own vehicle
- Must have professional OME certification, working knowledge and experience of 5+ years
- Solid background in network administration and architecture
- In-depth understanding of TCPIP and the network stack: IPv6, IPv4, routing protocols (e.g. BGP, OSPF), Q-in-Q
- Experience with network diagnostic, monitoring and analysis tools (NMS)
- Solid understanding of network operating systems (JUNOS, Cisco IOS, Mikrotik)
- Must be able to communicate at a business level with IT Directors, IT staff and general users from our client base
- Industry-related experience as a Senior Network Engineer
