What You’ll Do

  • Deliver advanced technical support for enterprise-grade network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, wireless controllers, Cisco ISE, and Cisco Nexus (ACI/NXOS).

  • Design, deploy, and manage secure, high-performing wireless networks.

  • Diagnose and resolve network incidents to ensure maximum uptime and adherence to SLAs.

  • Collaborate with Solution Architects, Pre-Sales, and Senior Management to design and implement scalable network solutions.

  • Provide escalated technical support for routing, switching, and security incidents.

  • Maintain accurate technical documentation and ensure compliance with standards.
