Overview
Sort Test Technology Development (STTD) is a technology development organization delivering world-class test equipment and process capability to support Intel and external customer product roadmap. We are looking for an outstanding candidate to join the test research and development team in support of post-packaging Burn In, Final Test and System Test module process development.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of advanced manufacturing test processes, including test equipment solutions, material selection, parameter optimization, and system design.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external suppliers to develop and implement innovative test technologies and solutions.
- Perform test process characterization, optimization, and equipment metrology to enable the manufacturing of new device architectures.
