This role requires a professional comfortable with the entire system lifecycle from defining requirements based on first principles to detailed testing and validation. You will collaborate closely with multi-disciplinary teams across various regions to deliver high-impact products that enhance global security.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities
- Digital Modelling: Design high-fidelity 6-DOF models to accurately simulate complex vehicle dynamics and behaviors.
- Control Systems: Create, tune, and deploy flight‑critical control laws and resilient trajectory algorithms.
- Testing & Validation: Lead Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) testing and Iron Bird development to verify systems against rigorous requirements.
- Field Operations: Support live flight testing, perform real‑time data analysis, and handle on‑site repairs or diagnostics.
