Leverage your expertise as a Senior Mining Engineer (Independent Contractor) with EXP in St. Johns, NL, Brampton, Sudbury, or North Bay, ON. Engage in mining engineering projects, business development, and technical evaluations to drive success.
As a Senior Mining Engineer at EXP, you will lead a variety of projects focusing on mine planning, mineral processing, and financial analysis. Your role includes site investigations, feasibility studies, and overseeing multi-discipline project phases. The position demands both technical and economic expertise to support underground and surface operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Inspect mining sites to optimize material extraction methods
• Provide design services for underground studies and reports
• Develop US business opportunities in mining
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary engineering teams
• Prepare and contribute to technical documents and memos
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Mining or Geological Engineering
