Title : Senior Mine Manager
Location : Canada (FIFO)
Reports to : General Manager
Team size : 3 direct reports, indirectly lead approx. 500-700 across the site.
Salary : Circa $400k Package
The opportunity :
A leading underground mining operation is seeking an experienced Senior Mine Manager to join its executive leadership team. Reporting directly to the General Manager, this role is the operational second-in-command and will play a critical part in driving production performance, strengthening operational discipline and developing the next generation of technical and operational leaders.
This is a unique opportunity to influence the direction of a large-scale underground operation while working alongside an experienced General Manager and a highly capable Technical Services team.
