Job Description
Make a significant impact in underground mining as a Senior Mine Engineer for Compass Minerals in Goderich, Ontario. Contribute to innovative mine operations and process enhancements.
Reporting to the Chief Mine Engineer, you will collaborate with engineering, production, and maintenance teams. Your focus will be on supporting continuous improvement in mining practices and enhancing cost-effectiveness. You’ll be tasked with conducting surveys, developing mine plans, and optimizing the mining processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the mine continuous improvement process
• Conduct various surveys for mine planning accuracy
• Develop and implement budgetary models

Requirements:
• Degree in Mining Engineering is essential
