About the job
- Supporting external clients, handling escalated tickets as a Level 2 or Level 3, M365 engineer
- Responsible as the Subject Matter Expert in Microsoft and IT infrastructure technologies, from on-premise, to hybrid, and cloud infrastructure
- At least 5 years handsβon experience with Microsoft 365 environment, and experience in troubleshooting, configuring, deploying, and maintaining on-premise, hybrid, physical and virtual servers
- Good understanding of ITIL infrastructure
- Good understanding in Microsoft Azure would be an advantage
- Strong proficiency in English is a must
