Morgan Consulting is delighted to partner with a rapidly growing digital marketing agency to appoint an experienced Senior Meta Creative Strategist who will play a pivotal leadership role in shaping client strategy, leading high-performing teams and driving commercial outcomes across a portfolio of ambitious clients. Working alongside the Founder and Head of Strategy, this position represents a genuine second-in-command opportunity, combining strategic leadership, client partnership and team development within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
This is not a hands-on campaign execution role. Instead, it is suited to an experienced agency leader who understands how to develop winning Meta creative strategies, guide specialist teams, build trusted client relationships and ensure exceptional delivery across multiple accounts.
