Job Description
Job Role: Senior Manager Surgery Medical Coding
Department: Business Excellence
Reporting to: Director (Quality)
Location: Aurangabad
Salary Hike: Can go upto 40% hike.
Eligibility: For Sr. Manager : 1 year as Manager
Specialty: Same Day Surgery
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of 100+ Quality Analysts (QAs).
Build an inspiring team environment fostering open communication and collaboration.
Plan QA capacity based on project requirements.
Delegate tasks, set clear deadlines, and monitor progress.
Drive quality control in line with client SLAs.
Ensure effective implementation of the Quality Management System.
Monitor team performance and report metrics regularly.
Conduct random audits of auditors and perform RCA on audit observations.
Identify knowledge gaps, design action plans, and collaborate with quality leads & operations managers for closure.
Provide coaching, training, and mentoring to QAs.
