Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate on overall project concepts and layouts
• Ensure design output aligns with customer requirements
• Review designs and technical documentation for accuracy
• Manage engineering resources and project milestones
• Innovate and improve mechanical design processes
Requirements:
• Expert in SolidWorks with 10+ years of design experience
• Experience leading teams for 3+ years
• Proficiency in automotive manufacturing processes
