Senior Material Engineer (Rail / Infrastructure)

To oversee material selection testing and compliance to ensure quality and durability of construction works.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and approve material submittals in line with specifications
• Conduct inspections and testing of construction materials
• Ensure compliance with international standards and project requirements
• Monitor supplier quality and material performance
• Investigate material related issues and recommend corrective actions
• Coordinate with site and laboratory teams for testing programmes
• Maintain records of approvals tests and certifications

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of ten years of experience in material engineering within construction or infrastructure projects
• Experience in rail or heavy civil works is advantageous
