About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven Senior Marketing Manager to lead the company’s marketing and business development initiatives within the construction industry. This role is responsible for expanding market presence, strengthening key client relationships, and supporting project acquisition across the real estate, infrastructure, utilities, and energy sectors.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the development and maintenance of key clients in the local market, continuously expanding and strengthening the company’s marketing network.
• Promote long‑term, stable cooperation with leading real estate developers, water utilities/operators, and energy development enterprises.
