Responsibilities
- Support digital solution initiatives by producing appropriate B2B content, offering operational assistance and system configuration, and tracking online interactions.
- Generate creative concepts and manage external agency partnerships; actively interact with the brand's social media audience, addressing their questions and feedback.
- Compile monthly performance dashboards for the website and social channels, delivering actionable insights and suggestions for enhancement.
- Produce high-quality assets such as electronic brochures, digital catalogs, presentations (for both internal and external audiences), mobile apps, and materials for the website and online platforms.
