Responsibilities

• Plan and adjust forecasted demand for overall sales volume, making corrections as needed to ensure higher accuracy of projections.
• Actively participate in the monthly S&OP and S&OE cycles (Sales & Operations Planning and Sales & Operations Execution), reviewing demand, consolidating presentation materials and leading presentations in operational and executive meetings.
• Ensure the accuracy of demand planning by continuously improving the MAPE (Mean Absolute Percentage Error), the company’s main demand performance indicator.
• Create and cascade monthly targets to the sales team.
• Participate in preparing the annual budget for volumes and prices, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic guidelines.
• Contribute to the development of the 10-year strategic plan, including volume and price projections.
