Overview
Own the Migrations portfolio end-to-end, partnering with diverse cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive program awareness.
Develop short- to long-term program strategy and roadmap to successfully entice customers to migrate from Koodo to TELUS.
Own pricing decisions, rate suite structure and campaign strategy to drive growth, accretive value and retention outcomes.
Analyze performance data to synthesize compelling narratives on strategic direction and evaluate the impact of tactical initiatives.
Identify new growth opportunities and craft robust business cases.
Proactively test new messaging, segmentation, and offers.
Build strong presentations to showcase recommendations and secure buy-in at all levels of the organization.
Provide guidance and coaching to a Marketing Specialist.
Requirements
5+ years experience in Marketing, Product Management, Consulting, or a related role.
