The Operations Engineering Systems Engineering Lead (OSE) serves as the technical lead for production systems, bridging the gap between design engineering and operational execution. This role translates systems engineering criteria into actionable production test plans and provides subject matter expertise for Marine, Power, and Space business units. The OSE handles complex technical challenges and ensures successful transfer of technical knowledge throughout the production cycle.
