Job summary
Oversee transport ops, cost, safety, and vendor performance to ensure timely, efficient, and compliant delivery services.
Job Responsibilities
- To establish and responsible for planning and strategizing transport management to achieve cost saving, fleet optimization, operational efficiency, on time and quality services meeting overall company objectives and customer satisfaction.
- Responsible for transport P&L and billing, POD management with transporters/forwarding agent, reduction of damaged shipments and annual audit to transporters/forwarding agents.
