About the role: The Strategic Program Office (SPO) serves as the organization's central strategy and transformation function. Similar to Finance, IT, and HR, SPO acts as a shared services organization that enables sustainable business growth through strategic planning, governance, analytics, transformation, and enterprise-wide execution. The office provides a single source of truth for company priorities, aligns Business Units (BUs) and Central Functions, monitors strategic execution, and ensures leadership decisions are supported by structured data, market intelligence, and operational governance.
