Job Description
N26 is seeking a Senior Manager to lead Risk Governance & Capital Planning in Madrid area. You will own Pillar 1 ICAAP governance, stress testing design, and ILAAP maintenance, while strengthening data governance and regulatory alignment. You will mentor a team, interact with auditors and regulators, and drive automation of risk workflows to improve efficiency and risk reporting to senior management.
