Job Summary

/Purpose

The Senior Manager, Risk & Reliability provides strategic direction for the organizations focused on identifying and mitigating risks associated with work execution that may compromise the reliable operation of the transmission system while ensuring holistic support and direction are taken on equipment issues. This role also leads and develops a team of engineers responsible for maintenance engineering, project management support, operations engineering, and emergency restoration activities across transmission and distribution assets. This critical position serves a cross-functional role in driving operational excellence for transmission protection devices and distribution electronic devices, inclusive of all associated processes, supporting all 81 Networks, 21 Grids, and all Capital Projects.
