Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Implement and track / monitor OSAT Partners’ Quality KPI including reporting to IFX Customer & IFX Management
- Audit and Customer Visit
- On-site support audit / visit from IFX customers, finding closure & improvement follow up
- On-site perform pre-audit prior to customer audit / visit
- Lead yearly VDA 6.3 Process Audit
- Regular shop floor surveillance check to ensure instructions and controls are correctly implemented
- Support development projects and safe launch / ramp up audit
- Deviation Management
- Lead the 8D root cause finding and implement corrective/preventive actions
- Review & buy off 8D report
- Perform 8D committed actions verification audit
- MRB, Lots disposition based on risk assessment, QMR
- Meet customers on 8D resolution
- Zero Defect Program
