[What the role is]
As a Senior Manager in the Tote board’s (TB) Grants Programmes team, you will play an important role in shaping, and stewarding grant programmes to meet community/social needs aligned with TB’s vision and strategic outcomes.You will lead/co-lead programme design and evaluation, guide junior team members and serve as a key partner to stakeholders across the public, private and social sectors.
[What you will be working on]
1. Grant Curation & Programme design
Apply data-driven insights to identify emerging needs and funding opportunities
Lead or co-lead the curation and design of grant programmes, translating sectoral insights and emerging needs into clear funding strategies and programme propositions.
Partner with diverse stakeholders (e.g. government, private entities, social service agencies) to understand the sectoral landscape and identify gaps (“white spaces”)...
