The Senior Manager, Program Management leads the execution of this complex enterprise of our Special Communications business, specialized NTN operations and management as well as the associated field devices and special user operations. This role is responsible for cost, schedule, technical performance, and customer satisfaction across operations, development, and sustainment efforts, including direct leadership of the U.S. Space Force EMSS program, Special User Field Devices and Operations.
The Senior Manager provides strategic direction, manages program level risks and opportunities, oversees a team of Program Managers, and engages routinely with appropriate customers in the DOW and IC, as well as mission partners.
