Responsible for maintenance of OSD process equipment such as granulators, blenders, fluid bed dryers, compression machines, coaters, and packing machines.
Ensure equipment availability with minimal downtime.
Preventive & Breakdown Maintenance
Execute preventive maintenance as per schedule.
Handle breakdown maintenance and ensure quick restoration.
Analyze recurring failures and implement corrective actions.
Calibration & Instrumentation
Ensure calibration of process instruments (temperature, RH, pressure, load cells, etc.).
Maintain accuracy of critical instruments.
Equipment Qualification & Validation Support
Support IQ/OQ/PQ activities.
Ensure equipment operates within validated parameters.
