The Senior Manager – Pricing & Value Optimization will shape and lead the EMEA pricing strategy, influence executive decisions, and drive value creation across the region.
Responsibilities
- Shape the EMEA pricing strategy across instruments and consumables, supporting both direct and indirect channels.
- Lead price transformation initiatives, from planning to execution (list price changes, regional adjustments, promotions).
- Define and govern pricing frameworks, including discount policies, deal approvals, and escalation processes.
- Drive value optimization by identifying opportunities to improve price realization and reduce margin leakage.
