Job SummaryResourceful and analytical, the Senior Manager – Continuous Improvement/Business Process Re‑Engineering (Ops Development) trains, facilitates and promotes the use of CI (Lean Six Sigma) BPR methodologies through coaching of project teams to continuously streamline processes operations, and eliminate waste to improve efficiency to achieve cost savings. The Senior Manager – CI/BPR (Ops Development) acts as STL change agent in driving positive change in business and operational excellence, and also aims to build a knowledgeable workforce with the capabilities to excel in business performance through continuous improvement and business process re‑engineering.
