Job Title : Senior Factory Manager Company: Ajanta Products Location: Daniawan, Patna, Bihar Job Type: Full-Time About the Role: Ajanta Products is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Factory Manager to lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of our manufacturing facility located at Daniawan, Patna. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, extensive experience in factory operations, and the ability to improve productivity while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. Key ResponsibilitiesManage and supervise the overall operations of the manufacturing unit. Lead production planning and ensure timely achievement of production targets. Monitor productivity, quality standards, and operational efficiency. Ensure proper utilization of manpower, machinery, and raw materials.
